Leggendo Mr White mi imbatto in un post molto interessante sulla differenza tra relazione e transazione in cui viene riportata una frase di Paul Kempt Robertson che chiude il suo editoriale sull’ultimo numero di Contagious magazine: “Business is no longer about transactions, it’s about relationships – real connections between brands and the people who buy them. That’s why the value of marketing is becoming greater than ever”. Per cominciare la settimana.
